The GENIUS 1-BA Board Aligner has been developed to align printed circuit boards (PCBs) precisely against the front fixed rail before they are passed on to the next stage of production. The unit is ideally suited for receiving single-sided PCBs from upstream systems that use grid conveyors, and transfers the PCB onto antistatic rollers. A servo-controlled pusher then aligns the component precisely, ensuring consistent positioning and smooth further processing.
