The GENIUS 1-RB Reject Slot-Type Buffer is a next-generation solution designed to streamline the
rejection and handling of non-conforming PCBs. The typical place for 1-RB is after the AOI system. The main task is to store bad boards with all relevant information so the AOI operator can rate the inspection result from the AOI on his evaluation/rework station (PC from the AOI supplier, connected to the AOI system). Operator can decide if it was a pseudo error, he can change the board status and mark the board as good and let it continue in the process. Operator also can send it to the dual outlet conveyor for manually inspection or he marks the board as a real bad board and the board will drive to the bad board magazine in the line unloader. Utilizing an advanced servo-controlled lift and belt-driven slot transport system, the 1-RB delivers precise free board handling with accuracy and smooth board handling. Capable of storing up to 25 rejected boards. Ideal for production lines focused on precision, efficiency, and traceability, the GENIUS 1-RB offers a compact and intelligent solution for managing rejected boards without disrupting line flow.
