GENIUS 1-RJ Reject Conveyor is a smart, space-saving solution designed to isolate and buffer
failed PCBs without disrupting the production flow. Connected to inspection systems such as
SPI or AOI, it automatically receives good/no-good signals. When a fail signal is detected, the unit’s
finger lift mechanism raises the rejected board to an inspection tier—allowing operators to quickly
review or remove the board while the rest of the line continues operating efficiently. If the operator
decides the boards are good, tiers with the boards will be lowered down bringing the boards back
into the line.
